Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Pinnacle of Thought Academy operates on a lesson package basis, with each package including four weeks of sessions. This Refund Policy specifies the conditions under which refunds for tutoring services may be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following conditions:

• If Tutors SA cancels a package before the classes begin, a full refund will be granted.
• If a tutor assigned to a package is no longer available and no acceptable replacement can be found, a pro-rated refund may be offered for the remaining lessons.
• In unfortunate instances (e.g., medical emergencies), Pinnacle of Thought Academy may provide refunds at its discretion.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If a student/parent chooses to terminate tutoring after the package has begun.
• If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without providing adequate cancellation notice (as stated in the General Terms and Conditions).
• If a student arrives late, instructors are not required to extend the lesson time.
• If a student is displeased with the tutor's teaching style, but another tutor has been offered.

4. Cancellations and Refund Requests

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to (info@pinnacleofthoughtacademy.com). Requests should include the reason for cancellation, the student's information, the bank account information, and any supporting paperwork, if appropriate. Pinnacle of Thought Academy will assess all requests and respond within 7 business days.

5. Processing of Refunds

EFT will be used to process authorized refunds in 14 working days. The payment provider may have different processing times.

6. Refund Policy Changes
